Picnic orders 8th & 9th June 2024

Terms & conditions
1. We will be delighted to receive your food order by email with the following information:
Name / Mobile number / Menu choice & number required / Which day you are attending the event
2. Your order is confirmed once payment has been made via the payment link sent by The Trough New Forest via Square.
3. Please note the allergen information on menu descriptions. Please ask any questions on the ingredients / requirements.
4. Orders for picnics will close Monday 3rd June 2024 at Midday.
5. Weather! While we hope that the event will enjoy good weather, as an outdoor event this is not guaranteed. Food orders only If we need to
cancel your picnic order, A decision on the forecast will be taken on Thursday 6th June by 10am. If cancelled the full amount less £1 per
person card processing fee will be returned to your payment card, and confirmation emailed.
6. All picnics will be provided in compostable / recyclable packaging with bamboo cutlery
7. Picnics to be collected as you arrive at the event from our counter in the food court area on the gravel drive.
8. Cancellations & refunds - if you chose to cancel your order, please confirm with an email. Refunds will be sent back to your card used for
payment. Please note cancellation within 48hrs of your chosen event no refund can be made.
9. All picnics are to be consumed on the day of collection from The Trough New Forest with instruction
