Basil Gin Gimlet

Knowing a thing or two about the best ways to enjoy a Gin at Trough HQ, we’ve chosen the very hard to beat BASIL GIMLET as our offering. Do make one to check we are right.

We offer all these aromatic Gin cocktails as part of our bar. We stock Tanqueray as our house pour, and love the citrus flavours of the brilliant Beachcomber Gin made by our fellow New Forest Marque members.

Team Trough x 

Ingredients:

• 75ml Gin.
• 50ml Simple Syrup.
• 50ml Fresh Lime Juice.
• 4-5 Basil Leaves.
• Ice.

Method:

• Muddle together the Gin and Basil.
• Add Simple Syrup and Lime Juice. Shake!
• Pour out over ice.
• Optional: add soda water to make it a tall drink
